Andy has been on horseback since he was old enough to walk, and started leading trail rides at the age of nine, from his family's dude ranch near Waterloo, Iowa. He'll lead you on a real trail
ride, up secluded elk trails that wind
around wooded mountain terrain. As the horses wind their way through stands of trees, over
fallen logs and across creeks, they head to the mountain peak for breathtaking 85-mile
view! Choose your own gait! Andy will allow more experienced riders to
exercise their skills and trot/gallop. This is not a typical
head-to-tail trail ride.
Personable and charming, Andy was awarded the "Quality Community Service
Award" from the State of South Dakota.
